Seaton and District Probus Club

Probus clubs are a great way meet others and make friends in your local area.

We are fortunate to be situated in a beautiful part of Devon, on the coast between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.

Members are retired men (or those approaching retirement) from careers in business and the professions. We welcome  enquiries from new members.

If you are a member of another men's Probus group and are visiting the area, you are very welcome to attend one of our meetings, also if you are considering joining our group you are most welcome at any of our meetings before committing yourself. Please speak to one of the contacts shown on the 'Join' page in advance.

A range of activities take place during the year, and details of these can be found on this website.

We hold fortnightly meetings on Wednesday mornings, usually with a speaker, from October until end April. This is followed by lunch at a local pub for those wishing to take part.

Every other Wednesday throughout the year we meet for coffee.

There is usually one evening get-together each month at a local restaurant.

Theatre trips and, during the summer, outings to places of interest take place with wives and partners.
